Great guy and even better work. Arthur was absolutely worth it and a whole lot better than calling one of the bigger companies in Enterprise. When he arrived, my upstairs AC wasn’t working properly. He checked the inside unit first, then went outside and showed me the system didn’t even need Freon. He went back upstairs, cleaned all the junk out of the unit, and even explained how to remove and clean the filters myself. Now the upstairs cools so much better and the AC isn’t working nearly as hard. The last big-name company I called charged me for Freon, “fixed” a problem that wasn’t even the issue, and it only worked for a couple days. No real diagnostic was done. Arthur saved me a lot of money and actually took the time to explain everything. Highly recommend — I won’t be calling another HVAC company in the Wiregrass again.
